I have struggled with my weight all my life,have been 300+ lbs in the past I have lost a lot but still want to loose more any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    here is the easiest way.

    1. do not drink any soda

    2. Become a vegan. While saying I wish to eat health “so, no meat?” This will still lead you into the temptation and false belief that the vegetarian options at restaurants are healthier… This is in fact, a fucking lie. Being vegan does not make you better. Being vegan makes you picky and pompous. Just so happens that if almost forces you to stay out of fast food joints and cooking your own food. Being consensus and aware of what you eat makes you a better person.

    3. Gym 5 days a week. Get on the treadmill set the incline to max and walk 30 to 45 min a day. Do this and your drive will lead you to kettle bells, crossfit, and other fun shit… trust me
