Basically you never drink soda or go to fast food places, but it also involves healthy alternatives to things you already eat. For instance, grass fed beef instead of grain. I grew up eating only clean. Well as clean as frogs, snakes, gators, birds, deer, and free range FFA student raised cows. also wild boar. Im a bit of a country southern boy.
