I dunno anything about what you used to look like, but I've been losing weight for a year now and I'm down about 60 pounds total. Goal is around 220 or so, and I'm 366 right now. Is there anywhere I could read about what you did, or anything you'd like to share about the experience or anything?

    follow my three rules man. i was 340lbs at 17. by 19 i was 240lbs. i joined the Marine Corp and in 13 weeks lost 55lbs. then caught mono got down to 187/almost died just after my 20th bday. looked like a spun kid started to lift weights. now im 247 @ 12% body fat. remember one thing you will always feel like a fat guy. unless you can find a charity to take your skin for bun victims or have the cash for a surgeon. so fill your self with as much muscle as you can. lift now and keep your fat kid strength. that way you can house any of them glossy, ripped, fake tan clowns.
